HOMECARE SERVICES

Care Connect Bury Ltd was established in 1990 to provide high-quality care and support to older people and younger adults with physical disabilities, enabling them to live independently within their own homes and communities. The service supports individuals aged 18 and over. In June 2002, the service was taken over by Sher Khan.

Our aim is to deliver an outstanding, responsive, and person-centred care service to individuals living in their own homes and within supported living environments, and to be recognised as a trusted and preferred provider by local authorities, commissioners, and private clients.
