Care Connect Home Care Services has a multi-skilled workforce, currently employing 61 members of staff. Each staff member has the qualifications and experience to fulfil their role. The service reflects, through staff, the cultural, religious and social make-up of the local community, so that Service Users do not feel distanced from those who share their culture or background. Our Staff show, by their actions, a commitment to equality and diversity, by enabling Service Users to maintain community links, friendships, and memberships of religious or community organisations.
Sher Khan, Registered Provider/CEO – MSc, BSc (Hons), MiMgt, QCF Level-4 Business Administration. Health & Safety Level 2. Sher has over 15 years’ experience in health and social care and his role oversee the service, including auditing performance in three-weekly management meetings, finances, payroll and is the highest point-of-escalation.
Registered Managers and Provider
Lynne Mills, Registered Manager/Provider – QCF Level-4 Leadership and Management and Registered Managers Award. Lynne has over 20-years’ experience in health and social care and her role oversee the service, including auditing performance in three-weekly management meetings, and is the highest point-of-escalation.
Angela oversees the service day-to-day and is working towards QCF Level-5 in Health and Social Care. Responsible for overseeing the Care Coordinators and HR team, she reports to the Registered Providers. Angela has over 27-years’ experience in care and her role includes: monitoring quality assurance, staff training (induction and ongoing), safeguarding and overseeing recruitment and selection.
Tracey possesses QCF Level-3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards QCF Level-5 in Health and Social Care. Tracey has over 25-years’ experience in care and is responsible for coordinating service delivery across Bury. She oversee staff resources, capacity, spot-checks, supervisions, development, Service User reviews and accept referrals from Bury Council (in our current spot-contract for this service).
Human Resources Manager
Shirley is responsible for employee wellbeing from recruitment and oversees enhanced DBS-checks via the update service. She provides administration support to the Care Manager and Registered Managers.
Andrew possesses Level-2 in Customer Service and Level-3 Business Administration. His responsibilities include: invoicing, payroll and IT Support/maintenance.
